The beginning of a new year often invites reflection. We take stock of where we’ve been, what we’re carrying, and what we hope to move toward next. At Urban Grace, January is a meaningful time to slow down together and name the values that shape who we are as a community.

This January, we’re hosting a three-week workshop series called Exploring Our Values, meeting on Sundays, January 4, 11, and 18 at 10:30 am at Urban Grace Church in Tacoma.

These gatherings are designed to be conversational, spacious, and grounded. Rather than lectures or presentations, each workshop creates room for reflection, dialogue, and shared curiosity. You don’t need to prepare anything ahead of time, and you don’t need to have the “right” answers. This is a space for listening, learning, and being in conversation together.

Over the three weeks, we’ll explore four core values that guide life at Urban Grace:

These workshops are open to everyone… newcomers, longtime members, returning friends, and anyone curious about who Urban Grace is and what we’re becoming together.

We hope you’ll join us this January as we listen, reflect, and explore what it means to live our values with intention in the year ahead.
